If You Want to Get Better, You Have to Play.

That's the entire philosophy behind the Competition Series.

Over two weeks of 1.5-hour sessions, our coaches approach the game with what research has backed for years: game-like training. Motor learning data consistently shows that competitive, live-play environments produce more skill transfer — and more real improvement — than traditional drill-based training. So that's exactly what we build our sessions around.

Every session is loaded with game variations and live-play reps that put players in the kinds of situations they'll actually face on the court. Our coaches are active throughout — floating between games, pulling players aside for quick breakdowns, demonstrating in the moment, and getting you right back into the action.

No long lines. No standing around. Just high-quality, high-repetition competitive training that sticks.
